Bought a pool diner table from Home Pool Tables .CHARLES spent a long time explaining the different styles of tables, woods , style of legs and colours of felt to us. The table was made to our specifications and delivered within four weeks..CHARLES himself came to our home to build the table . The quality of the table is outstanding and we are delighted with the accessories that came with it. Overall a great service from ordering to delivery, CHARLES even got in touch a few weeks later to see how we were enjoying the table!

I would have given them no stars at all if there was an option for that.... Bought a pool table from them + accessories and paid in full. Some accessories were not in stock, so we were promised by Charles that they would be delivered within a couple of weeks. After more than 10 phone calls and 3 months of waiting SOME of the accessories were finally delivered unannounced one day. We claimed the money for the outstanding accessories from our credit card company . Not once during that time did Charles thought it appropriate to phone and update us, or even return a call. They are simply box-shifters, with no customer service at all. Avoid at all cost!
