Ordered a delivery last night from this place & after waiting close on an hour i was hungry & delighted when my food arrived! There was a ticket stapled to the bag which showed my order correctly & the delivery man checked this with me before leaving so I'm not blaming him. I opened the bag to find 3 starters (not on my order!) & nothing else!! Phoned San Vincenzo to complain then had to wait another 45min for my food. I was happy at first because in their favour they refunded my payment. When I opened the bag this time all the sauce had run out the box into the bag, the chicken was lukewarm & creamed spinach was a pile of mush in a watery sauce!! Brownie points for the full refund but zero for the food, by this time I was starving so reheated it & ate it!! Sorry but it's put me off coming in to your restaurant!!
Ordered delivery food. The food arrived lukewarm and one order was incorrect (no toppings on the pizza). Tried to ring the restaurant repeatedly to correct the order, but no-one picked up the phone. Very disappointed by the terrible service.Edit: restaurant has apologised and offered to make up for this, revising my review upwards in recognition of this.
Great service and food was very tasty with good presentation. Background music could be more subtle and more relaxing

Had a lovely meal here. Not your typical Italian restaurant so you get to try something a bit different. Will definitely be back.
